Roster moves:

The team put right-handed pitcher Chris Tierney on the retired list and center fielder Kevin Koski on the disabled list Sunday. Tierney, who is expected to remain with the team and could pitch for the Miners in 2008, is eligible to be re-activated in 30 days. Koski, who's nursing a broken bone in his wrist, is out at least two weeks, Pinto said.Sean Patrick was also put on the retired list. The moves opened up slots for new catcher Jason Arrowood and new left-handed pitcher Marcus McKenzie. Arrowood was one of the Frontier League's leading hitters in the first month of the season at Gateway. McKenzie could start tonight, Pinto said. The 6-foot, 190-pound rookie was 7-1 with a 6.61 ERA at Minnesota last spring.
