Miners win 10-6 over Rival Gateway

The Miners signed a new pitcher today in Scott Holcomb 1-0, he did pitch tonight and get the win. Scott is a sidearm pitcher, but effective. Miners came out with a win, finally against Gateway, Rob Wirth's 3-run Homer in the 1st got it all started. Way to go Rob.
An Hour and a half Rain delay did not slow down the Miners.

Quigley -5 walks, a bunch of earned runs, not the best start, Logan did a better job keeping things under control.
Miners now have won 3 straight games, Way to go Miners. Rick Hummel came in for the save, his 2nd this year.

9.5 games behind Gateway. The Grizzles committed 5 errors, Merry July Christmas Miners.
